Is this an oversight or something far more nefarious?
More than thirty (30) individuals have nominated themselves to replace Ms. Kennedy, but several do not reside within the City of Greensboro, and, are therefore, ineligible.
It will take five affirmative votes on the City Council to appoint a replacement who will finish out Kennedy’s term on the City Council.
