This RSVP confirms you are paying AT THE DOOR for your lunch reservation. To add guests to your reservation, add only the number of guests- NOT including yourself.

Cost: $25 / Menu: Salad bar with choice of chicken or tuna, soup, & bread. Tea, water, or coffee included. 

Lunch reservation deadline no later than Thursday, April 20th. Reservations are not necessary if you don't plan to have lunch. You are responsible to pay for lunch if you make reservations and don't cancel by Thursday.

Registration begins at 11:00am, meeting begins at 11:30am.
